What I can offer you as your Doula

Birth Doula Package
Offering Support
This standard package offers prenatal, birth and postnatal support, with 2 prenatal visits, on call 24/7 from 38weeks, holding space for you during birth and supporting you as much as possible. Following with 2 postpartum visits. Please contact me for further info as this package can be customised to suit you and your needs.
Postpartum Support
Here for You
If you would only like help postnatally I am here to offer you and your baby support, guidance and information in those early weeks. Whatever your needs whether its the school run, help around the house, breastfeeding support, or time to yourself I am flexible, willing and reliable.
It is recommended that a minimum of 2hrs is spent with you at each visit for maximum benefit to you and your baby/babies. This of course is negotiable.
£20 per hr
Prenatal Visits

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body, mind & baby.
